No guarantee can be provided for the availability of products, but we do guarantee our promptly notifying consumers on the non-availability. If we receive an order for a product that has been exhausted, we shall inform the client of any cancellation or change, even change the delivery date if he wishes. The shipping cost is as follows:
- For orders less than 50.00 euros shipping is 10.00 euros.
- For orders above 50.00 euros shipping is free.
- For orders less than 100.00 euros shipping is 20.00 euros.
- For orders above 100.00 euros shipping is free.
WITHDRAWAL / RETURN-SUBSTITUTION OF PRODUCTS
Α) You have the right to return purchased products and ask for their replacement:
- In all cases where a demonstrable fault of our site « kitesurfgreece.com » delivered other products or materially different ones from those ordered.
- In all cases where the product was defective or lacking in its agreed quality.
Products must be in excellent condition and not used, the packaging must not be altered and must contain all original content. In this case we cover return costs.
Β) You have the right to return purchased products and ask them to be changed or exchanged with another or others that sum up to the rate of the price you have paid or with an additional premium, within 7 days of receipt of product.
C) You have the right to return purchased products and ask for a refund:
- In all cases where the product was defective or lacking in the agreed quality, within 7 days of delivery of the product.

In cases B and C, the products must be in excellent condition and not used, the packaging must not be altered and all original content must be included. In this case the return costs are charged to the consumer.
- If return costs are covered by us, the products should always be returned by the same Courier Company, which delivered your order, to the address below.
- If return costs are charged to the consumer, he is obliged to deliver the goods personally to the address below.
